Here at Posie, we aim to despatch your parcel within 48 hours of the order being processed if orders are placed before 12 pm. This excludes orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday. In this case, we will process the order on the next working day. Once the order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

UNITED STATES ORDERS

All orders shipped to the United States are sent with duties and taxes prepaid (DDP). This ensures that your purchase arrives without any unexpected fees or delays at delivery.

Your duties and taxes will be calculated automatically at checkout and included in your payment. Please note that our website calculation may be slightly higher than the amount charged by our courier. To balance this difference, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all US orders.

This approach allows us to provide a smooth, transparent shopping experience for our valued US customers.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that if you are ordering somewhere other than the UK you may be required to pay VAT and custom charges, which are determined by your local custom authorities. These charges are separate to the cost of product and shipping displayed on our website.

Before placing an order, please check the charges to ensure you're happy with paying them.

Customs authorities will contact you before delivery to organise payment for the VAT and import duties.

Please note that customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delivery delays. We thank you for your patience.

If you refuse to pay the customs charge upon delivery and the order is returned to us, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund.

If you require a redelivery, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
