Refund Policy
Here at Posie, we would like to provide you with the exquisite lingerie you have always dreamed of owning.
However, if you are not satisfied with the purchase, please return within 14 days on receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all labels where applicable.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
When returning please email posie@posielingerie.com with the order number and your name.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received your items and they have been fully inspected, we will send an email to confirm that we have received your items. We will then confirm if your items have been approved or rejected for your refund.
If your order has been approved for a refund, we will process your refund where the credit will be automatically applied to your credit/debit card or the original payment method. Please allow 14 working days for this to be refunded.
SALE ITEMS
Unlike a lot of businesses, we are happy to exchange/refund sale items.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty we are happy to offer a full refund including the shipping cost. If there is a small fault that you would like us to fix, we will pay your shipping and fix the garment for free.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available to those that return the items in an unused condition with all packaging and labels still intact.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
